We are improving stormwater drainage through the intersection of Beaumaris Boulevard and Sterling Gate Drive with the addition of two box culverts.

We're upgrading the pedestrian crossing near the Chapel Street and Maxwells Road intersection to a staggered signalised crossing to improve safety.

After being closed for a facelift, Tauranga's Masonic Park in the city centre opened to the community on Monday. 

A safety upgrade to the existing pedestrian crossing on Ōtūmoetai Road, close to Cherrywood Drive and to the refuge islands on Cherrywood Drive.

A safety upgrade at the intersection of Welcome Bay Road and Waitaha Road will improve traffic flows at the intersection and make it easier to cross the road safely.
