Tauranga City Council is working with all landowner groups as part of the development of the structure plan for Te Tumu.

Tauranga City Council’s role in this process is to support landowners in delivering their aspirations, while also balancing its own responsibilities for managing growth and ensuring any new urban environment works for the benefit of all people, communities, and future generations.
